I am trying to do static simulation analysis for medical synchrotron where desorption coming from the surfaces of walls is assumed to 1E-9mbar.l/cm2.sec. Pumps of 140 l/s capacity are installed in the straight sections. Initially when I run my simulation desorption of around 1.2 kdes/s is coming out of the wall which reduces to 0 after around 2-3 minutes of running the simulation that in turn keeps on increasing the pressure in the system. I am not able to understand the reason why desorption reduces to 0 after certain time and what is the catch here. I have attached the snapshot of the storage ring. Please help me regarding the same.
