They have been removed deliberately.
In version 2.6, most parameters can be time-dependent.
To set up a time-dependent desorption, at the outgassing field, you can enter a parameter name, like "Desorption1" instead of a number:
Then in the "Time/Edit parameters" menu you can define that parameter:
As 2.6 is still a beta I'd ask you to wait a bit with the documentation.
Hi, Marton, Thanks for the information.

Hi, tried this option for a desorption time dependent simulation but, whatever is the law I consider, the simulation evolves as the last value in the table is the costant desorption for all the time.
For example I tried this:
Time Value
2 1e-5
5 1e-5
5.2 0
but the pressure is always 0. If, for example, I put the value 1e-6 for 5.2 the simulation is as the desorption is 1e-6 constant.
I'm working with the 2.6.19 version using test pipe L/R=1 to follow a tutorial.
What cuold be wrong?
Hello Michele,
Sorry, I will write a proper documentation for the time-dependent mode soon...
Time-dependent values are inly shown on textures and profiles. The "Facet Details" window and the formulas always show the steady state, which is the last value as you have pointed out.
In Time/Time Settings, you can have a dialog where you can cycle through the moments you defined (if you didn't define moments, you have to do it first, in that case please use the second tutorial from the Baltimore workshop in the downloads section).
Then by cycling through the moments, each profile/texture will update to show the pressures at the given moment.
Hi Marton,
done, thanks!
Michele
