I used molflow on Win7. I upgraded to Win 10 and molflow opens but with an unusable interface.

this seems to be an issue related to OpenGL and some particular drivers:
e.g. Intel HD 630 green lines in OpenGL apps
So unfortunately, there is not much that we can do.
You could try to update or downgrade your particular graphics driver and see if it helps.

I used the link to install the driver and it fixed the issue. It is driver version 27.20.100.9077. This fixed the issue. Thank you for the prompt response!

+1 For this fix. Installed the new drivers and Molflow is good to go.
