Is there any way of making a facet Pumping Speed parameter pressure denpendent?

No.

The problem is that in that case, pressure would depend on pumping speed AND pumping speed would depend on pressure. Such a "catch 22" can only be solved with iterative simulations, which is our goal on the long term but not this year.
