Hi, is it possible to merge curved facets in molflow? For example, a sphere I imported has a large number of smaller facets that I wish to merge into just one spherical facet. Thank you!
No, because the imported Stl doesn’t have the original curve information. The good way is to export from Cad at a more coarse resolution.
Also, facets are by definition planar, there is no “spherical facet”. You can sinulate a soherical outgassing source though by representing it with a facet and setting “uniform” outgassing.
