In fact this it not an error.
geo7z is a compressed archive and your browser seems to try to open and parse it directly as a text file. You will need software like 7zip to open the archive and to access the uncompressed file instead.

What exactly does “can’t open” mean? What are you doing and what error you get?
You could also open the file directly with Molflow. Depending on what you want to achieve.
I mean I can’t download " ([rf3.stl]" and “[rf_solved.geo7z]” on the website. When I click on the" ([rf3.stl]"and “[rf_solved.geo7z]” ,the browser just open them directly as text files.
Then right-click on the link and select Save As… or Save linked file or similar, depending on your browser.
